Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-quality web applications using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Lead code reviews and ensure best practices for security, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect code.
- Optimize database structures and application performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies to deliver features on time.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid environment.
