Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js on the frontend, and Node.js or Python on the backend.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and improve application performance, ensuring high availability and low latency for our global user base.
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Database Management: Design and optimize complex database schemas and ensure data integrity across distributed systems.
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Agile Execution: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Frontend Mastery: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Backend Proficiency: Expertise in server-side languages (Node.js, Java, Python, or C#) and RESTful API design.
- Database Skills: Deep understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
