As a critical member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our SaaS products, from architectural design to deployment. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and mentor junior talent, ensuring our codebase remains robust and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product, QA) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development process.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORM tools.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first culture.
