Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define features and improve user experiences.
- Optimization: Identify and implement performance optimizations to ensure fast load times and seamless user interactions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure the stability and reliability of software products.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React or Angular with a strong understanding of state management.
- Backend: Strong skills in Node.js, Python, or Java for building RESTful APIs.
- Database: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
