Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define features and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and establishing best practices for coding standards and design patterns.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in production environments efficiently.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines and development infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithmic problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
