Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces using modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a smooth user experience across all devices.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate high-fidelity wireframes into production-ready code.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices for frontend development.
- Participate in architectural planning and technical decision-making to guide the long-term vision of our products.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues efficiently, ensuring high code quality and maintainability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS (Sass, Tailwind, or Styled Components).
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, or Context API) and build tools (Webpack, Vite, or Next.js).
- Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
