Responsibilities

- Immersive Tech Integration: Manage the integration of AR/VR experiences, ensuring high-fidelity visuals and low-latency performance for fan engagement apps.
- Project Management: Direct cross-functional teams of engineers, developers, and vendors to ensure all technical milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Data Security & Compliance: Implement robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive fan data and broadcast feeds during high-traffic events.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive stakeholders and operational staff.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and troubleshoot real-time issues during live events to guarantee 99.99% uptime.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in large-scale IT infrastructure, event technology, or telecommunications.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AR/VR development tools (Unity, Unreal Engine) and network architecture (SD-WAN, 5G, Wi-Fi 6).
- Project Management: PMP or similar certification with a proven track record of managing complex, high-stakes projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot under pressure and design scalable solutions for unpredictable environments.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative team culture.
