Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of digital infrastructure projects, including stadium Wi-Fi, 5G rollout, and smart venue solutions.
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of all 2026 readiness milestones.
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for integrating legacy stadium systems with next-generation digital technologies.
- Ensure cybersecurity protocols and data privacy standards are met across all venues and public networks.
- Collaborate with international partners to standardize technology platforms for the 2026 Games.
- Drive innovation in fan engagement technologies, including AR/VR and mobile ticketing ecosystems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, specifically within large-scale event or stadium environments.
- Proven track record managing budgets over $10M and leading teams of 50+ professionals.
- Strong expertise in 5G networks, IoT deployment, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Experience working on international mega-events or similar high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
