Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, and social media channels
- Lead a team of 3-5 marketing specialists and coordinate with creative/content departments
- Analyze performance data using Google Analytics and marketing automation tools to optimize campaigns
- Manage $500K+ annual marketing budgets with ROI-focused decision making
- Drive lead generation initiatives converting 15%+ visitor-to-lead rates
- Collaborate with sales team to align marketing efforts with sales funnel targets
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and algorithm changes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and marketing automation
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience managing budgets over $250K and teams of 3+ professionals
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-level stakeholders
