- Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Manage and automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or Ansible.
- Monitor system performance and health using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
- Collaborate closely with software development teams to refine deployment strategies and resolve bottlenecks.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual errors and increase deployment frequency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering roles.
- Deep proficiency in Linux system administration and scripting (Bash/Python).
- Strong experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
