Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize Kubernetes clusters for 99.99% uptime across multi-region deployments
- Lead CI/CD pipeline modernization using GitLab CI and ArgoCD
- Implement robust monitoring with Datadog and PagerDuty alerting
- Collaborate with security team to achieve SOC 2 compliance
- Mentor DevOps interns and junior engineers in best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years cloud infrastructure experience with AWS/GCP certification
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Strong scripting skills in Python/Bash for automation
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
- Proven ability to optimize cloud costs while improving performance
- Excellent problem-solving skills for high-stakes production environments
