Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable deployments across microservices
- Lead monitoring strategy with Prometheus/Grafana and implement incident response protocols
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Ansible/Chef
- Collaborate with development teams to implement DevSecOps best practices
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across multi-cloud environments
- Mentor junior engineers and champion DevOps culture across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on DevOps/Infrastructure Engineering experience
- Expert proficiency with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, EKS) and Terraform
- Strong scripting skills in Python/Bash and experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Deep knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools (Prometheus, Datadog, New Relic)
- Proven track record of optimizing cloud costs and performance
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
