Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/GCP infrastructure solutions
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins, GitLab, and ArgoCD
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and Ansible
- Implement robust monitoring and logging with Prometheus and Grafana
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior engineers and drive DevOps best practices
- Optimize system performance and cost efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of DevOps/SRE experience in cloud environments
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/Go)
- Experience with financial services tech is a major plus
- AWS/GCP certification preferred
- Proven track record of improving deployment velocity
