Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced data models for federal agency reporting requirements
- Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau for real-time decision support
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend strategic solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Present findings to senior stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Maintain data integrity across multiple secure federal databases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal government contracts
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R programming
- Advanced certification in Power BI or Tableau
- Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Experience with large-scale datasets and statistical modeling techniques
- Demonstrated success in creating executive-level data presentations
