Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure as code using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize cloud environments for security, performance, and cost-efficiency
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable microservices
- Monitor and troubleshoot complex cloud environments with Datadog/Prometheus
- Develop cloud security frameworks and compliance strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/GCP certification
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
- Strong proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Experience with Python, Go, or BASH scripting
- Deep knowledge of networking fundamentals and load balancing
- Proven track record of optimizing cloud spend by 20%+
