Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy robust machine learning and deep learning models using Python and modern frameworks.
- Optimize algorithmic performance for real-time data processing and massive scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, and DevOps) to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Establish MLOps pipelines to ensure model reproducibility, monitoring, and automated retraining.
- Conduct research on emerging methodologies and evaluate new hardware for AI acceleration.
- Ensure model security, compliance, and ethical use in production environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and data versioning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
