Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models designed for high-traffic environments in 2026.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI products, from research and prototyping to production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, and product managers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize existing models for latency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency using advanced quantization and distillation techniques.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, implementing cutting-edge methodologies such as Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying high-impact AI applications to production.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
