Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
- Lead technical strategy and mentor a team of junior developers and engineers.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps.
- Conduct code reviews and establish best practices for code quality and deployment.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
- Drive innovation in backend systems and database architecture.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database design (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
