Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 product vision.
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems.
- Oversee the integration of advanced AI and machine learning models into core workflows.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of engineers and technical leads.
- Collaborate with product and business units to translate strategic goals into technical specifications.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure our infrastructure remains ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Expert knowledge of Python, Java, or Go, with deep experience in Cloud Architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML pipelines, data engineering, and system scalability.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
