Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for our Year 2026 strategic roadmap, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Define and implement microservices architectures optimized for high-throughput AI workloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Edge AI, Predictive Analytics) into core systems.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain high standards of security and performance.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Identify technical debt and drive refactoring initiatives to future-proof our codebase.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to drive product vision.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience integrating LLMs and AI frameworks.
- Experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data warehousing strategies.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are a plus.
