Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap specifically tailored for the 2026 era, focusing on AI scalability and quantum integration.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to translate high-level vision into actionable technical strategies.
- Future Tech Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AGI, Neural Interfaces, Autonomous Systems) to determine their viability for our core products.
- Prototyping & Innovation: Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives for breakthrough technologies, driving the transition from theoretical research to production-ready solutions.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for long-term investment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, large language models, and distributed systems.
