Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and implement the core technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring scalability and longevity of our AI infrastructure.

- System Integration: Bridge the gap between theoretical AI models and practical, production-grade software solutions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and collaborate with product, design, and strategy teams to align technical outputs with business goals.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refine algorithms to improve speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in high-load environments.
- Security & Ethics: Establish rigorous standards for AI safety, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in advanced AI/ML roles.
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Architecture: Proven track record designing complex, scalable system architectures for high-traffic applications.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage technical roadmaps.
