Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems designed to meet the high-throughput demands of the 2026 era.
- Lead the Research & Development strategy for integrating Quantum Machine Learning (QML) into existing cloud infrastructures.
- Define technical roadmaps and mentor junior architects in advanced neural network optimization and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions that actively reduce carbon footprints by 40%.
- Oversee the security, ethics, and compliance of autonomous AI agents and large language models.
- Drive the adoption of next-gen hardware accelerators (e.g., TPUs, NPUs) for inference optimization.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for AI engineering.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning architecture, and system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern distributed systems.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact AI products from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
