Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure aligned with 2026 strategic goals.
- Design and implement distributed systems capable of handling high-throughput machine learning workloads.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI models into production environments with a focus on latency and cost optimization.
- Ensure system security and compliance with evolving data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical architectures.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, and cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience designing scalable architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and edge computing.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and data governance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven track record of leading complex technical projects.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
