Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction of the 'Vision 2026' AI product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Ethics) to design scalable AI architectures.
- Establish and enforce best practices for AI safety, bias mitigation, and compliance.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders to drive investment and adoption.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends to keep Nexus Dynamics at the forefront of the industry.
- Oversee the integration of LLMs into legacy enterprise systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI models.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex AI products from concept to market.
- Strong expertise in AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
