Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the company's 2026 vision and business objectives.
- Technical Oversight: Partner with engineering teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities and oversee proof-of-concept implementations.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging AI trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and external partners to drive consensus and secure buy-in for AI initiatives.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Operational Excellence: Establish scalable processes for AI model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, AI/ML management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and generative AI models.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
