Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals, specifically focusing on next-gen generative models and autonomous agents.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of large-scale machine learning infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive Innovation: Research emerging technologies and evaluate their potential application to solve complex business problems.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is essential.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think critically about the future landscape of AI (2026 outlook) and how it impacts business models.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership.
