Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic development of our long-term AI product roadmap, identifying emerging technologies that align with business objectives.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to translate technical capabilities into commercial value.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth competitive analysis and market research to uncover gaps in the current AI landscape and identify new opportunities.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead pilot programs and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives for next-gen AI solutions, ensuring successful scaling.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing strategy team, fostering a culture of creativity and technical excellence.
- Risk Management: Identify potential ethical and operational risks associated with AI deployment and implement robust mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in product strategy, AI/ML product management, or a related technical leadership role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and large language models (LLMs).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of successfully launching AI-driven products in a competitive market.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems in a fast-paced startup environment.
