Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for our 2026 AI strategy, focusing on neural network optimization and deep learning architectures.
- Lead the research and development of autonomous AI agents capable of complex decision-making in dynamic environments.
- Collaborate with product management to translate futuristic concepts into viable, deployable software solutions.
- Mentor and foster a culture of innovation, guiding junior engineers and data scientists in advanced AI methodologies.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of ethical AI, transparency, and bias mitigation.
- Oversee system scalability and performance, ensuring infrastructure can handle exascale computing demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision technologies.
