Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI product management.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact AI initiatives in a senior leadership role.
- Deep technical expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and predictive analytics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into strategic business value.
- Experience managing budgets, resources, and vendor partnerships in a tech-forward organization.
