Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of advanced AI models, specifically targeting 2026 readiness standards for scalability and efficiency.
- Define and execute the long-term AI product roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise ecosystems seamlessly.
- Mentor a team of mid-level engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous research and POCs (Proof of Concepts) for emerging technologies such as Multi-Modal AI and Edge Computing.
- Ensure all AI deployments adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and performance benchmarks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model (LLM) architectures.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
