- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, engineering teams, and product managers to align AI initiatives with business goals.
- Predictive Modeling: Analyze emerging tech trends to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency before they become mainstream.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, partners, and internal teams.
- Policy & Ethics: Develop frameworks for AI governance and ethical usage to ensure compliance with future regulatory standards.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budgets and resources for high-priority strategic projects focused on the 2026 transition.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in AI strategy, Product Management, or Technical Consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI architectures.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully launching strategic initiatives 2-3 years in advance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and writing skills, capable of articulating complex strategies to diverse audiences.
