Responsibilities
- Spearhead the architectural design and deployment of our 2026 AI and machine learning roadmap.
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership to align technical strategies with overarching business goals.
- Architect robust, scalable, and secure cloud-native infrastructure capable of supporting next-gen Generative AI models.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate cutting-edge frameworks into our core technology stack.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure all AI solutions adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a minimum of 3 years focused on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in modern AI ecosystems, including LLMs, Generative AI, and neural network deployment.
- Proven proficiency with cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent modern frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
