Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI/ML infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI model development, from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product offerings.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI initiatives and mentor junior architects and data scientists.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy while ensuring ethical AI practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent frameworks.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI solutions in production environments.
