Responsibilities
- Develop and execute forward-thinking SEO strategies specifically designed for AI-driven search ecosystems, including ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity.
- Analyze algorithmic changes in Large Language Models to adapt content structures for maximum relevance and citations.
- Collaborate with engineering and content teams to implement structured data (Schema.org) that AI crawlers prioritize.
- Conduct deep-dive audits of existing content to identify opportunities for 'voice search' and generative AI optimization.
- Lead the training and education of the marketing team on the nuances of SEO in the age of AI.
- Monitor competitive landscapes and emerging AI search trends to maintain market leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven success in SEO, with a specific focus on technical SEO or content strategy.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and how Large Language Models process and rank information.
- Experience with Python or scripting languages to automate SEO tasks and analyze data at scale.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is a major plus.
