Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Design and implement cutting-edge deep learning models and algorithms focused on achieving human-level reasoning capabilities by 2026.
- Model Training & Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end training pipeline for large-scale transformer models, including data curation, pre-training, and fine-tuning.
- Innovation Strategy: Identify and explore novel research areas in multimodal learning and autonomous agent systems.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of scientific excellence and innovation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to translate complex research findings into scalable, real-world applications.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all research outputs adhere to strict safety and ethical guidelines regarding AI bias and alignment.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning research, with a strong portfolio of published papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes, Slurm).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous, open-ended problems with creative, data-driven solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
