Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead the development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and next-generation generative algorithms.
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust neural network architectures optimized for both edge devices and massive cloud-scale environments.
- Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to deliver production-ready AI products on tight deadlines.
- Quantum Integration: Conduct rigorous research into quantum machine learning techniques and optimize classical AI for quantum hardware compatibility.
- Best Practices: Establish industry-leading best practices for data privacy, model interpretability, and ethical AI governance.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior researchers and provide technical leadership across the organization to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research or applied machine learning roles.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Credentials: Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, or ACL).
- Infrastructure: Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker) and major cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
