Responsibilities
- Lead research on quantum-enhanced machine learning algorithms for real-world deployment
- Design and implement novel AI architectures with 10x efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on cross-disciplinary AI ethics frameworks
- Publish top-tier papers at NeurIPS, ICML, and Nature AI
- Prototype production-ready systems using PyTorch Quantum

Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years publishing in top-tier AI/quantum venues
- Expertise in transformer architectures and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of deploying AI systems at scale
- Strong background in differential privacy and federated learning
- Experience with AWS Braket and D-Wave systems
- Fluency in Python/C++ with parallel computing expertise
