Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact research initiatives focused on Large Language Models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and multimodal AI.
- Design, implement, and evaluate novel algorithms to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into production-ready features.
- Publish papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) and contribute to the open-source community.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in research and development of machine learning models.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed venues or shipping high-impact open-source models.
