Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Design and implement novel deep learning architectures and algorithms to solve unstructured business problems.
- Model Development: Train, fine-tune, and optimize large-scale AI models (LLMs, Transformers) for production deployment.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and technical architecture discussions.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research and development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL. Experience with Hugging Face and MLOps tools.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
