Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement cutting-edge neural network architectures for high-volume, low-latency inference systems.
- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization of LLMs for edge devices and cloud environments, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Research & Development: Explore novel algorithms in reinforcement learning and unsupervised learning to push the boundaries of AI capabilities.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce frameworks for responsible AI development, ensuring fairness and transparency in model outputs.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Language: Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
