Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement state-of-the-art Deep Learning architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multimodal systems.
- Optimize Performance: Enhance model inference speed and reduce latency through quantization and pruning techniques.
- Ethical AI Alignment: Develop robust safety protocols and alignment techniques to ensure AI systems remain beneficial and unbiased.
- Research & Publication: Lead internal research initiatives and publish high-impact papers at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with product teams to translate theoretical research into scalable, production-ready applications.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in research engineering or applied machine learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Mathematical Proficiency: Strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, and probabilistic modeling.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, open-ended problems with limited guidance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations and documentation.
