Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Define the high-level system architecture for AI-driven products, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for 2026 standards.
- Predictive Modeling: Develop and implement advanced machine learning models to forecast market trends and user behaviors with high precision.
- Quantum Integration: Oversee the integration of quantum computing protocols into classical AI workflows to solve complex optimization problems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize neural network architectures to reduce latency and improve inference speeds.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 4 years in designing large-scale AI/ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to debug complex distributed systems and optimize algorithmic efficiency.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
