As a key strategic player in our organization, you will bridge the gap between theoretical quantum computing and practical AI deployment, ensuring our products remain ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving digital world.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for integrating Generative AI and Quantum Computing into our core product suite.
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of processing quantum-class data sets.
- Futuristic Research: Identify emerging trends in artificial intelligence and quantum hardware to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and executive teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Pilot Program Management: Oversee the development and deployment of pilot projects that validate new AI/Quantum technologies before full-scale rollout.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Horizon 2026 Labs at industry conferences, contributing to the discourse on the future of technology.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI engineering, software architecture, or strategic product management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to anticipate market shifts and align technical roadmaps with long-term business goals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapt strategies for the 2026 era.
