Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable neural architectures that integrate classical AI models with quantum processing units (QPUs) for next-gen applications.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives focused on post-silicon computing, neuromorphic engineering, and advanced AI inference optimization for 2026 roadmaps.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of complex AI workflows into decentralized cloud environments, ensuring high availability and low-latency performance.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and engineers, establishing best practices for coding, testing, and deployment of high-stakes software systems.
- Protocol Development: Develop and enforce security protocols for handling sensitive data in future-proof data centers and edge computing nodes.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or High-Performance Computing.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA; experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) and deep learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends and translate them into actionable engineering roadmaps.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
