Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures that integrate classical and quantum computing paradigms.
- Lead the technical strategy for the development of next-generation neural interfaces and predictive algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define roadmap deliverables.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical compliance in all AI deployments.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in senior architectural roles.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum computing libraries (Cirq, Qiskit).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
