Responsibilities
- Design and implement the enterprise-wide AI and Quantum architecture strategy for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team focused on machine learning and quantum computing research.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Optimize existing neural networks for speed and efficiency using advanced hardware acceleration.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, quantum mechanics, and distributed systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Deep understanding of Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch frameworks.
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q# or Qiskit) is a major plus.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
