Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Solutions: Design and implement scalable AI and quantum computing architectures tailored for high-performance enterprise applications.
- Lead Advanced Research: Spearhead the integration of next-gen AI models, including LLMs and generative algorithms, into our core product suite.
- Code Optimization: Review and optimize complex codebases to ensure maximum computational efficiency and low latency.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, security experts, and designers to translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to protect data integrity in AI-driven environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Cirq, Qiskit).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, specifically regarding machine learning services.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving unstructured, complex problems.
