Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning pipelines for high-traffic Generative AI applications.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning and alignment techniques.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs using quantization and model distillation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate AI capabilities into user-facing products.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Transformer architectures.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
