Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models to production environments.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput to handle millions of requests daily.
- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI features into web and mobile applications.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model monitoring to ensure accuracy and reduce bias.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying models that improve user engagement or business metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
